Selectour, France's leading network of independent travel agencies, and Kleio jointly announce the deployment of a conversational AI application across Selectour's entire digital ecosystem — Selectour.com, selectour-affaires.com, nearly 300 agency websites, and the network's 4,000 advisors.

Paris, France — December 9, 2025

Selectour, France's leading network of independent travel agencies, and Kleio, a software company specializing in Agentic AI for sales, jointly announce the deployment of a conversational AI application across Selectour's entire digital ecosystem. The technology is now available on Selectour.com and selectour-affaires.com, nearly 300 agency websites, and to the network's 4,000 advisors.

The result of a multi-year partnership between Selectour and Kleio and a three-month configuration project, this conversational AI understands travelers' intentions expressed in natural language, instantly recommends the best travel options, and guides users throughout their purchasing journey, through to connection with the most relevant agency or completion of online sales.

Integrated into travel advisors' workstations, it also becomes a daily assistance tool, improving efficiency, recommendation relevance, and sales conversion.

With this deployment, Selectour aims to accelerate its online sales, generate more opportunities for its agencies, and offer an enhanced experience to both travelers and advisors.

This innovation is built on Kleio's agentic AI platform, designed to optimize the sale of complex products through a multi-agent architecture and an advanced product data unification engine. It enables product search and recommendation in natural language as well as seamless orchestration of omnichannel purchasing journeys.

"Conversational AI allows us to offer a personalized experience, improve our customer insights, and strengthen our commercial performance," states Bertrand Bonnefoi, Digital and Marketing Director at Selectour.
"Our goal is to provide our 4,000 travel advisors with the most powerful tools to maximize their efficiency and the relevance of their recommendations. The integration of Kleio's conversational AI directly into their workstations is a major technological advancement that supports this ambition," adds Hubert Prades, Chief Information Officer at Selectour.
"Our collaboration with Selectour illustrates the concrete transformation that agentic AI brings to the travel sector. This major milestone also prepares for the future connection of the network's AI agents to AI search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity," emphasizes Philippe Wellens, CEO at Kleio.

Context

The announcement comes as the travel industry enters what analysts are calling the "agentic shift" — a transition from search-based to conversation-based commerce, accelerated by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity now handling pre-purchase research for tens of millions of consumers.

For traditional travel networks, the stakes are existential: customer journeys increasingly start outside their owned channels, and AI assistants will favor the brands whose product data is unified, structured, and accessible to agents. Selectour's deployment positions the network ahead of this transition by making its full offering — across 300 agency sites and 4,000 advisors — natively addressable by conversational AI, on its own platforms today and on third-party AI search engines tomorrow.

Kleio's Knowledge Engine, the technology layer enabling this readiness, addresses the core problem most enterprises face when deploying AI agents at scale: the fragmentation of product, pricing, customer, and document data across legacy systems. By unifying these into a hybrid search architecture purpose-built for AI reasoning, it makes complex catalogs — like a tour operator's offering — functional in agentic environments where generic AI tools fail.
