Your Mission
As Solutions Manager, you’ll be the linchpin between Kleio and our enterprise clients, owning the full lifecycle of AI solution delivery.
From technical scoping and delivery to go-live, expansion, and renewal, you’ll drive every stage that turns prospects into thriving, AI-powered success stories.
This is a cross-functional, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure our AI agents deliver measurable business value.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Solution Delivery
• Lead complex AI implementations from discovery through scale
• Scope integrations, manage deployments, and ensure smooth rollouts
• Define and track success metrics like conversion rate uplift and engagement
Business Impact Translation
• Translate technical features into clear business value for stakeholders
• Collaborate on solution proposals and customer rollout plans
• Align implementations with client KPIs and industry goals
Technical Coordination Excellence
• Manage dependencies and data flows across CRMs, ERPs, and internal systems
• Coordinate releases with enterprise-grade security and compliance in mind
• Validate configurations to ensure seamless user experience
Go-Live Readiness Champion
• Lead cross-functional readiness checks
• Run internal enablement and change management sessions
• Deliver smooth, high-impact launches
Customer Success Orchestration
• Build trust through structured comms and regular business reviews
• Navigate change-resistant environments with empathy and clarity
• Champion adoption across layered organizations
Scale & Renewal Strategy
• Design ROI-focused success plans and upsell pathways
• Lead renewals and commercial expansion conversations
• Surface insights from usage data to unlock new opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
Hybrid Technical & Customer Expertise
4–7 years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or customer success roles with a proven ability to translate complex software into business outcomes.
Enterprise Client Management
Experience managing B2B relationships and delivering product adoption and stakeholder alignment across departments.
Technical Proficiency
Strong grasp of APIs, AI fundamentals, SaaS/cloud infrastructure, and data workflows. SQL proficiency and demo delivery experience a plus.
Communication & Education
Able to simplify complexity and communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Track record of working with Product, Sales, and Engineering in fast-paced environments to ship successful enterprise solutions.
